Privacy Policy

Flourish is a private health record used by a small number of named people. Your health information is sensitive, and it is treated that way. This page explains what is collected, where it lives, and who can touch it.
What we store
Only what you put in: documents and lab results, symptoms, headache and migraine entries, medications, visits, recordings of appointments, day-to-day trackers, and any notes or questions you write. We also store your email address for sign-in.
Where it lives
Your data is kept in a dedicated, access-controlled database and private file storage, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access requires signing in with an approved account and completing two-factor authentication. Only the account holders — and the operator, for administration and support — can reach it.
Who processes it
A few trusted services help run the app. Your information is shared with them only to provide the features you use, never for advertising:
- Supabase — database, file storage, and authentication.
- Vercel — hosting for the app.
- Anthropic (Claude) — generates summaries and analysis from the entries you choose to analyze.
- AssemblyAI — transcribes appointment recordings you make.
- Resend — sends sign-in links and notification emails.
- Google — used if you choose “Continue with Google” to sign in.
Information sent to the AI and transcription services is processed to produce your results and is not used to train their models.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or show it to anyone outside the account holders and the operator.
Your control
You can view, edit, and delete your entries at any time in the app. To close an account or remove all associated data, contact the operator and it will be deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above will change too.
Flourish organizes your health information and suggests things worth exploring with your medical team. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace a doctor.
