Terms of Use

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Flourish is a private tool for keeping and making sense of a personal and family health record. It is offered to a small number of named people by invitation, for personal use only. By signing in, you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

Access is limited to the specific email addresses on the invite list. You may not share your login, invite others, or use the app on behalf of anyone who is not an account holder.

Not medical advice

Flourish helps you organize health information and surfaces things that may be worth discussing with a professional. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and must never be used for urgent or emergency care. Always rely on your medical team for clinical decisions. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

Your content

The health information you enter belongs to you and the people whose records you keep. You are responsible for what you add and for keeping your account credentials and second-factor device secure. You can edit or delete your entries at any time within the app.

Availability and changes

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and may change, pause, or stop at any time. We aim to keep your data safe and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. These terms may be updated; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator of Flourish is not liable for any loss or harm arising from use of the app, including any decision made in reliance on information shown in it.

Privacy

How your information is stored and processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

Flourish organizes your health information and suggests things worth exploring with your medical team. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace a doctor.
